Ms. Kwestarz is a lawyer and a Polish patent attorney, she has also the right to appear before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in cases pertaining to community trademarks and industrial designs.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and post graduate studies of Industrial Property Law at the University of Warsaw.

Ms. Kwestarz is the Dean of the Masovian District of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and the vice president of the Patent Attorneys Association.

At WTS Patent Attorneys she deals with matters related to trademarks and industrial designs, infringement of intellectual property rights, Internet domains, and unfair competition. She specializes in customs proceedings regarding the protection of intellectual property rights.

Before joining our team, she gained several years of professional experience working at first on one of  a big IP agencies in Warsaw and later at the Warsaw branch of a big international law firm, where she was responsible for creating and then managing the IP Department which matured into a separate, though related,  Polish company.

She speaks Polish and English.
