On April 12-14, the WTS law firm was represented at the Patent Workshops in Muszyna (the Beskid Mountains).

The workshops were dedicated to the topics of the assessment of inventions’ patentability in the practice of the European Patent Office.

 

 

In a nice and cordial atmosphere, we had an opportunity to discuss issues related to the practice of preparing and processing patent applications. Rafał Witek, as one of the speakers, had a presentation on patenting second medical uses.

The workshop program also included delightful accompanying social events, including walks along the Beskid trails and an evening meeting with highlander music and some indoor sport activities, which created exceptionally favorable conditions for the integration of participants.
