From 10–13 June, the UNION-IP Congress took place in Amsterdam, celebrating the organization’s 65th anniversary. Anna Rożkowicz and Rafał Witek were in attendance.

The main theme of the Congress was “Crossing Legal and Technical Borders,” and the program featured numerous plenary sessions and workshops involving intellectual property experts, judges, representatives of European and international institutions, and industry practitioners. In particular, it included highly engaging presentations on cross-border IP litigation and recent developments in EU pharmaceutical law.

In addition to providing valuable opportunities for learning and exchanging experiences, the event also offered a rich social programme. It was wonderful to reconnect with friends and make new acquaintances while discovering the charms of Amsterdam and the surrounding region.
