The 43rd Seminar of Patent Attorneys of Higher Education took place in Cedzyna from the 16th to the 20th of September. Agnieszka Śnieżko, a partner at WTS Patent Attorneys, participated in it.

The event was organized by the Kielce University of Technology together with its Partners and Co-organizers.

The seminar program included, among others, lectures on the case-law of the Unified Patent Court, protection of inventions obtained on the basis of AI, computer programs, and solutions in the field of medicine, pharmacy, and botany. The program encompassed also lectures on issues related to trademarks and industrial designs. The emerging case-law of the Polish IP courts was the subject of presentations and discussions as well.

The accompanying sightseeing trips and social gatherings enabled the participants to engage in networking.
