From 19 to 21 June the 42nd Annual ECTA Conference took place in underway in Antwerp. It was attended by Agnieszka Śnieżko.

 

 

The main theme of the event was the sustainable development and the role that IP can play in achieving it.

Numerous discussion panels, featuring representatives of business and academia, as well as the EUIPO and European Commission officials, were dedicated to current trends and challenges in the IP sector. The event program included as well a fantastic offer of social events.

The place where the conference took place was absolutely unique. Flanders Meeting and Convention Center is located in the heart of the local zoo, in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful central railway station building and the so-called diamond district.
