The 2025 edition of FICPI World Congress took place in Naples from the 12th to the 17th of October.

Our firm was represented by Anna Gdula and Rafał Witek, partners and patent attorneys. The event was a great source of an inspiration and an excellent opportunity for engaging discussions with professionals from across the IP industry.

The Congress featured both plenary sessions and workshops focused on the latest trends in industrial property protection. Particularly valuable were the insightful lectures on proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). The event also offered smaller, focused working group meetings — Rafał Witek took part in the CET Group 5 – Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals session.

Beyond the professional program, participants could also enjoy a rich selection of social events. We are delighted to have shared this time with patent attorneys from around the world — and to have discovered the charms of Naples together under its beautiful weather.
