The Medicines for Europe Legal Affairs Conference will be held on June 10-11 in Dublin. Rafał Witek, a partner at the WTS Patent Attorneys, will take part in it.

Conference participants will debate topics related to planned changes in pharmaceutical law and industrial property protection in Europe. The discussion panels included in the program will be dedicated to such important issues as the Bolar exception and patent linkage, the status of SPC in the context of the launch of the Unified Patent Court, and issues related to the antitrust law.
