On Monday the newest edition of the IAM Global Leaders Guide was published. This prestigious publication includes interviews with 43 prominent industrial property law specialists representing various jurisdictions from all over the world. 

The principal criterion for an invitation to be included in the Guide was the previous recognition in the gold tier of the IAM Patent 1000, the leading professional ranking developed on the basis of comprehensive research. Rafał Witek and Andrzej Witek have been recognized in the IAM Patent 1000 for three times in a row already, in every edition since its launch. 

We are happy to inform you that Rafał and Andrzej are among the patent attorneys whose profiles are presented in this year’s edition of the Global Leaders Guide.

In their conservations with IAM they share some personal reflections regarding the careers as patent attorneys: Andrzej offers advice for those who consider choosing this profession, whereas Rafał discusses what clients look for in IP attorneys. They also express their opinions regarding the current challenges that the area is facing, in particular when it comes to the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic.
