Our team has recently been strengthened by four new patent attorneys: Ms. Ewa Malewska, Mr. Piotr Adamczyk, Ms. Katarzyna Kwestarz and Mr. Krystian Żygadło.
We are pleased to welcome Ms. Ewa Malewska as a Member in our Patent Team in Warsaw office.
Ms. Malewska is a chemist and lawyer, a very experienced Polish and European patent attorney, in private practice for nearly thirty years. She also has the right to appear before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
Ms. Malewska, is a patent attorney with a comprehensive patent expertise encompassing counseling, conducting domestic and European patent prosecution, disputes, and transactions. She has advised various entities from start-ups and scientific organizations to big-pharma and multinational chemical industry companies.
At WTS Patent Attorneys she specializes in protecting inventions in the field of chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, electrochemistry, as well as in developing patent strategies, and handling disputes.
Moreover, we are pleased to welcome Mr. Piotr Adamczyk as a Member in our Patent Team in Warsaw office.
Mr. Adamczyk is a mechanical and energy engineer, a very experienced Polish and European patent attorney having over twenty years of practice in the profession. He has also the right to appear before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
At WTS Patent Attorneys he specializes in protecting technical solutions in the field of mechanics and electrical engineering and in conducting comprehensive patent search.
Moreover, we are pleased to welcome Ms. Katarzyna Kwestarz as a Member in our Trademark Team in Warsaw office.
Ms. Kwestarz is a lawyer and a Polish patent attorney, she has also the right to appear before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in cases pertaining to community trademarks and industrial designs. Before joining our team, she gained several years of professional experience working at the Warsaw branch of a big international law firm, where she was responsible for creating and then managing the IP Department which matured into a separate, though related, Polish company.
At WTS Patent Attorneys she deals with matters related to trademarks and industrial designs, infringement of intellectual property rights, Internet domains, and unfair competition. She specializes in customs proceedings regarding the protection of intellectual property rights.
Moreover, we are pleased to welcome dr Krystian Żygadło as a new Patent Attorney in our Patent Team in Wrocław office.
Dr Żygadło graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Wroclaw, with a specialization in physical chemistry. There he also prepared and defended his PhD dissertation in physical and theoretical chemistry. He is a co-author of eight scientific papers in English on liquid crystals.
Dr Żygadło started his career in WTS Patent Attorneys office in Wrocław four years ago. First, he was a specialist in the patent department and patent attorney trainee. Recently, after completing the professional training he was entered on the official list of the Polish patent attorneys and now specializes in conducting patent searches and preparation of patent applications from the area of chemistry, nanotechnology and electronics.
